JNP Aviation Limited requires a part-time Runway inspector at Whakatane Airport

Join our highly effective team in Whakatane.

Full training will be provided.

Hours: Part time 20 hours Thursday to Sunday.

Duties also include but are not limited to:

Airport Operations Work at Whakatane Airport

• Runway Inspections
• CCTV checks and monitoring
• Control terminal access/security
• Control/monitor movements to and from operational areas
• Monitoring of cleaning contractor
• Supervision of terminal maintenance Personal Attributes:
• Willing and able to follow instructions
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Able to problem solve and “think on your feet”
• Demonstrate initiative
• Natural multi-tasker
• Professional demeanor and presentation
• Solutions minded
• Willing to go beyond expectations.

Requirements:

• Current NZ Driver’s License (Restricted Minimum)
• Must be able to pass a Ministry of Justice Clearance
• A full medical including Drug testing
• Civil Aviation Authority requirements
• Be Legally able to work in New Zealand.
• Previous Aviation Experience (beneficial)
• Flight Radio Telephone Operator preferred or Radio Communications Experience (beneficial)
